這次出門前，在7-11 Ibon售票系統，
分別購買了一張火車票和ㄧ張高鐵票。
因為忘記攜帶出門，第一次遇到這狀況，
開始收尋google大神，尋求解決方案。
結果發現，大家的答案有好多種。
回來後決定寫一篇，簡單的處理方式，
幫助大家哪天遇到能派得上用場。
台鐵火車票忘記帶票的處理方式：
先至櫃檯告知售票人員，
因為忘記攜帶車票，要購買一張相同的車票。
能使用重複購票的重點，必須班次、時間、地點相同，如照片。
然後火車票不要被收回去，出站時蓋臺北站證明用的章。
將這張火車票攜帶回家，在網路上下載
交通部台灣鐵路管理局旅客重複購票退票申請。
在申請表空白處，填寫重複購票情形。
P.S簡單填寫忘記帶出門即可！
將原本遺忘在家裡的火車票，
連同重新購買的票一起黏貼於表格的空白處。
台鐵會收取20％的費用，退還80%的現金。
P.S使用信用卡購買的會退回信用卡內，
表單要寫上信用卡號。
高鐵票忘記帶票的處理方式：
1. 請確認搭車時間過了沒？(未超過時間才可辦理)
2. 到購票櫃台排隊重新買票，同時跟站務人員說明情況，
請他們在新購買的票上蓋"原票未帶再購"。
3. 一年內帶著未搭乘的票與蓋有"原票未帶再購"印章的票
一起到高鐵的購票櫃台可辦理退費，但會加收手續費用20元。
P.S遺失高鐵票的情況，不能用這個處理方式。

我17號買台東台北來回票結果回來的票掉在車上，到台北時去售票口問要怎麼辦，售票員說沒有辦法了，電腦以經把票都送出去了，所以沒有辦法了只好座高鐵到高雄在座火車回來。
票不見＠＠就真的是沒有辦法了誒！！落淚～

在ibon用身份證號碼買的，為何不能證明重複購票，這不合理，用身份證買直接QR進站出站不很方便嗎？為何現在還要紙票，年紀大的就沒辦法，但在現在QR進站就省很多問題，我帶手機不就簡單很多
